It was mentioned that someone said that the woman may have given him a "minor shove". *GASP* But really, the FBI? Is there nothing else for them to do?
I hope the agents were doing plenty of eye-rolling and tsk-ing at the airline employees who called this one in.

The "Is there nothing better for them to do" defense is bull they have a job to do and that envolves investigating people. And plus who gives a flying fuc about clay aiken?

I see where the incident was a bit more than just "words" however any incident involving commercial traffic is investigated by the federal authorities.

It is my understanding that he got into a dispute with a lady over him putting his foot on her arm-rest.
I think he may have been guilty of invading her paid-for, personal space; but not enough to warrant a review by the FBI.
Talk about knee-jerk reactions!
