Does anyone know of a free software that i can download to my computer to put family photos on a cd/dvd?

You shouldn't need a special software for that. If you using windows, you should just be able to right click the file folder, go to "send to" and select your cd/dvd drive. A bubble should pop up saying you have files to burn. Click it and it should take you to a folder showing all your pictures and somewhere you should be able to select burn to disc.

You don't need a software for this. Create a folder with all the pictures you want on the CD. Once the file is created, right click on the file icon. Then press "Send To", and then choose CD Drive Or DVD-RAm Drive. What ever that has to do with CD or DVD saying Drive.

hi there,

when u buy cd writer or dvd writer u get a software called

NERO BURNING ROM.

note:- if u want to make video out of your pictures ( photos+ mp3 or wave song = video) try Microsoft photo story, search and download from other sites rather in microsoft website.
