Buy an anti-freeze tester at an auto parts place.

Take a water sample and have it analyzed for ethylene glycol or other VOCs at any reliable laboratory. You can probably get it done for about $75 a sample

There are a varierty of decices you can buy to test for different types of anti-freeze.
