What should i do?

My teacher adviser asked me to gather all reply slips of the class. I misplaced it and know i cant find it. My teacher will kill me, and my classmates too. What should i do?

I'm not sure why the teacher didn't collect that from you right away, but in any case, try to retrace your steps after you collected the slips. Go through everything you had with you to make sure they aren't there. If you still can't find them, be honest. We all make mistakes once in a while. I have accidentally deleted students' papers before. It happens, no matter how hard you try to make sure it won't.
