Can't send a diagram but if you have a 3.0 liter engine just remove the floor panel and the sender is located just to the passenger side of the distributor. If your van has a 4.0 liter engine the sender is located on the lower front corner of the engine on the drivers side, just above where the oil pan attaches to the block.
