What is the quickest way to commute from New Milford,NJ to NYC on public transportation?

Im getting ready to move(once agian) because new milford is cheaper then where i am now(west new york,nj) Plus i work in the city and i don't drive so...any ideas?

New Milford is close to the Westwood and Emerson rail stations. This is a peak only line. So go to the Www.njtransi.com site.
also there's pleant of buses on the main avenue in New Milford to the PABT.
