Nepal is infested with maoist. whole Eastern India and Central India is suffering with Naxalites. where is Governance. only on paper for few who are in power at the cost of tax payer money. Salaried Chickens whose neck is bleeding since independence.

Indian Border Security Force (B.S.F) is always killing innocent Bangladeshi Villagers.
Through Farracka barrage India is depriving of water Lot of rivers in Bangladesh have dried up because of the barrage. So tell me who is misbehaving.

Do you seriously believe these issues warrant use (or even threat) of Nuclear Weapons?
Nuclear Weapons act as deterrant against any major act of war. No country in the modern world is stupid enough to really use them --- though, we can't be sure about Dubya.
