me and my mates have started a new diet/ exercise plan.
we eat healthy, im a vego, so i dont eat meat but i eat loads of fruit and veges so i have a good source of iron. im also eating nuts, cereals and grain (all the usual stuff you would eat on a basic diet.) We're also drinking loads of water and for exercise each day an hour of slow walking, 100 sit ups and twice a week a cardio-dance-lesson which goes for an hour. Is this a deffinite way to lose weight? Any tips or extra stuff we can do?

Sounds like you've got a great thing going! Keep it up. I would suggest you add some stretching daily, after your other exercises. Stretching to the side makes a big difference quickly in your waist size, which give you a mental boost to keep going! Also, try to gradually increase your walking speed. Sit ups aren't my favorite for abs. I prefer crunches because I feel they've been very effective for me, but that might be personal preference.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Yes! Keep doing that and you'll surely lose weight. I also suggest that you take weightlifting excercises. Make your body fats turn into muscle. Here in the Philippines we have a famous actress who used to be really plump. She is now about 36 years old and she is one fine hot sexy momma that even posed for FHM Philippines! She did weightlifting and other excercises. Her name is Eula Valdez. Try searching the net about her diet and excercise.

Keep doing what you are presently doing. You will ultimately starting losing weight. However, I suggest you also reduce your food intake slowly.
