I'm sure the divorce rate isn't going to suddenly plummet because a record number of couples said "I Do" on Saturday ... I not only attended a wedding on Saturday, but planned it - it was beautiful and the couple was very much in love! I'm sure it will last no matter which date they went with ...

I did not attend a wedding on 7/7/7, however there were lots of weddings here in Scandinavia that day. We took a drive in the country side and every church, about 15, were having weddings. Here friends of the couple also post signs on freeway overpasses, etc. Lots of signs post on Saturday!
Because many people THINK that day was special, I think many more of the marriages will at least last longer than the average marriages.

I went to a wedding on Saturday. There were two other weddings going on in the same hotel. It was a gorgeous ceremony and reception and we were there until 2 in the morning! I don't think this couple will ever break up... I just don't see it happening!

I attended one and I believe it will work. I had a young man come into my work on 7-9-07 and said he was married on 7-7-07 and it was already the biggest mistake he could've made. Sad.

I attended a wedding on Saturday but they had the date picked before they even realized it was 07/07/07. :) It was a really great wedding though! And I know they'll make it. :)

to tell you the actuality, i come across dissimilar issues incorrect with this photograph. the actuality which you have been separated out of your fiance does not difficulty me lots, on account that in case you will truly been married to him, classic dinner etiquette could have dictated which you be seated aside besides (inspite of the incontrovertible fact that no longer unavoidably at diverse tables.) yet I do dislike rather much each and every thing else you have defined. The separation of the bridal social gathering from all the different visitors strikes me as unsociable, to place it charitably. And marching them in and "introducing" them makes the comprehensive element look greater like an awards coach than a social journey. I understand this how receptions are frequently carried out these days, in spite of the undeniable fact that this is a ways from the final way. So on an identical time as i do no longer think of your separation out of your date is all that undesirable, I do deplore the excuses it became carried out. Or, to place it yet in any different case, a reception isn't a coach and your finance isn't the lead guitar.
