The odds are 1 in 1081. (Or, 1080:1. You will miss 1080 times, and hit once). It is not 1 in 2162.

You need exactly two cards, say the A and K of hearts.

Odds on the turn of getting one of the cards: 2 out of 47. Odds of getting the other card on the river: 1 out of 46.

Multiplying 2/47 * 1/46 = 2/2162. Out of 2162 chances, you will hit 2 times and miss 2160 times, which is the same as 1080 to 1 (or 1 in 1081).
