Jenni is right. You really shouldn't stretch BEFORE working your muscles. You need to warm up those muscles first with some cardio. I like to do my cardio workout first, before my strengthening and toning exercises, but if you don't want to do that, just do 5 to 10 minutes of cardio before you start your other exercises. Then do your stretching after you work your muscles. There are some good Yoga exercises you can do to stretch your abs. Also, twist your body and touch opposite foot and hand together. Also, stretch to the side, arm over head, bend to the side away from the arm and reach for the wall. You'll feel the stretch all the way down your side from you elbow down through your hip.

You don't need to stretch you abs before a workout, but a good warm-up might help(cardio). It's best to stretch muscles after you workout, while they're still warm. Try laying on your back on an exercise ball, lifting your hands over you head and curve deep with the ball.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Hang from a bar or lie down on your back and stretch your hands and feet as far as you comfortably can.
