I have too much time on my hands. Is it possible to be training for extremely long periods of time?

Training can become a part of your daily life if you allow it, I used to get up before work, run 15 -20 miles a morning, short run before dinner. It became the focus of my life and thanks to a few good friends who sat me down and suggested that what I was doing was not training but an obbsession. I backed off but have always kept fit meaning I burn some protion of most every day.

Yes but it will become boring.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

You have too much time on your hands, so you want to work your body nonstop, right? Did you suddenly decide you had to be buff? I don't know what your situation is, but I can think of a lot of things better to do with my time, and they have to do with employment and community service. Think about it.
