A bat.
Check out this info sheet... its legs are in its wings... but it does use them to walk.
http://www.sdmf.k12.wi.us/bf/resources/1bats/Worksheet2/Fly/fly.htm
The wings are actually just a webbing of skin around the forelegs (also called arms).

Sigh. This question has been on here a lot.
Here's a link that'll give you a better answer than I could, you can just click on the article entitled "Insects have four legs":
http://www.godandscience.org/apologetics/false.html#insects
And by the way, the verse ACTUALLY says:
Leviticus 11:21
'Yet these you may eat among all the winged insects [sherets] which walk on all fours: those which have above their feet jointed legs to jump on the earth.'
Read that last part of the verse again, starting with "above their feet." Then think about it. Basically what they're saying is, they have four legs that they use for walking, and two legs for jumping. Sounds like crickets and grasshoppers, doesn't it?

Where did that come from?
The only living creature that comes to mind is a flying squirrel.
