I recently came from a month-long business trip with some extra “luggage.” I was very busy, ate junkfood most of the time, not to mention that my regular workout was history. Now I need to lose about 20 pounds, and fast! Can anyone recommend a website where I can keep a food diary or something like that? Thanks a lot!

You`ll probably be able to lose the 20 pounds over one month, but you may want to consider losing them over a couple months: the *healthy* rate of losing weight is about 2lb/wk; usually, what you lose over that, you end up putting back on. I’ve used for the last few months the diet and workout planner at www.projectweightloss.com and I’ve been happy with the results. I lost about 8 lbs in a month. You can choose your meals and see how many calories you eat every day. Also, they have nice weight charts that tell you the calorie limit you shouldn’t go over. That`s how I reached my target weight – hopefully you`ll find it useful too. Good luck!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

The diet planner at projectweightloss.com works better than a food diary. It shows you how many calories, carbs & fat you eat per day, the food diary only helps you keep a record of what you eat.

Find a food diary at www.nutrawatch.com. You may use it for only 4 cents per day!
