I booked a flight with Virgin Atlantic from London to Tobago. I want to cancel it. I paid with my creditcard. Can I cancel it and get my money back? How do I do it?

Hi...it all depends onwhich fare was given to you, if its a flexible fare then they will refund you 75% of the fare, and if you bought a strict ticket, then they do not refund you anything. find out from the airline.

Sure, if your name is on the unused ticket and no restrictions are printed. They will credit your account, not give you money. You need to contact Virgin Atlantic by e-mail or phone. Go online and search on "refund" for details. Some carriers charge a fee for cancellations, but it appears you will be OK with Virgin Atlantic.

Does your ticket information say NONREFUNDABLE?

Then you cannot get your money back.

You can cancel the trip, but you will not receive a refund.
