I am a ebay seller and i would reply straight away, but the person could of been away for the weekend, did you contact them through ebay or through there email address, as some times messages through ebay do take a while to get through.
I would say no more than 5 days, then if after 7 days you still have had no reply i would issue a non performing seller dispute.
Good luck and i do hope you get it all sorted out.

Hope you haven't already paid, there is a way to get the sellers details on ebay once you have won an item, you request them thru ebay and they send them to your e-mail address

i do no longer sell on ebay, yet I had your situation as quickly as purely i became the shopper of a deadbeat seller. I did each and every thing you have and finally left damaging comments. ask your self of all shocks, I gained an email from her the following day asking if i wanted my money lower back! i could deliver them damaging comments genuine now. which you ought to to envision the regulations of ebay, yet i think of on account that they have not paid for this long, you are able to relist the article. maximum individuals i purchase from truly put in the define of the article that if the article isn't paid for in 3 days, damaging comments would be left and the article relisted. possibly you are able to desire to start doing that.

They may have been away over the weekend so email them again Tues or Wed. You don't want to bug them too much as they may get annoyed and you still have to go meet them!! This happened to me and we waited nearly 2 weeks for a reply!! Good luck xx

They have seven days to get in touch!

Try pulling their details and getting phone number and address here : http://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQtZvbQQsofindtypeZ9

You will need user id and item number.

Give them another day in case they do not have computer access at home.

I hate waiting for my wins. I won it, I want it now! lol
