that's funny, I've never heard that before, but I can assume that it has something to do with the stereotypical bingo player. You know, older aged woman, short sleeve shirt, no muscle tone in arms, waving excitedly as she calls bingo from the back of the hall.

once you win at bingo you place your palms up interior the air truly immediately, on fat human beings this makes their palms 'flap' or wobble like wings. The fatter the arm the greater obtrusive. for this reason bingo wings. rather disgusting.
