since cardio is the only fat burning exercise all those toning sit ups and push ups etc will only make you gain muscle not lose any fat.
do cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (preferably 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat) - and those are jogging, hiking, swimming, cycling, rope jumping, elliptical etc. (jumping jacks are a waste of time)

Man up. Studies show that girls binge on food more in comparison with men and, when food selections are emotional, it’s a formula for disaster. Instead, eat very little amounts when you’re hungry, certainly not when you’re bored or unhappy, and once a week day the girls for beer and also pizza – you’ve earned that.

If you eat when you’re pressured, try munching on pumpkin or maybe sunflower seeds. You’ll need to chew more, which will dissipate several of that energy, but without incorporating calories.
