You know what I mean, but after a few days or week, it just looks normal and when they grow it again, it looks funny.

Most likely because you're used to seeing them with the hair. When they shave it off they look like a different person, so naturally they start to look more normal to you when the hair comes back.

The area s covered with the beard are less exposed to the sun therefore they don t tan as evenly as the rest of the face. In addition shortly after you shave your face, you the shaving causing a slight almost unnoticeable swelling of the shaved area. The combination of the two cause the person to look slightly different. But within a within a week or two, assuming you keep shaving, your face begins to tan evenly and the swelling subsides returning you to your normal self.
