Guys are flattered when girls make the first move. I made the first move with my boyfriend. I actually started talking to him at a bar. He loves telling his friends he got picked up at the bar. It shows you're confident if you approach him first.

Men are flattered just the same as a women when a guy comes up to them. To make the first move could be something simple as a wink or a poke in the side...

We are living in modern times, so, if a girl wants to make the first move, it is totally acceptable. It shows the guy that you have confidence

I'd rather approach a girl then have her come over to me. I wouldn't find it sleazy or cool.

why not .. what is wrong in it . if your boy is lazy and not acting , you take the initiative. but he should not feel hurt for his laziness.
after you are success in your move you may tell him about his laziness . and he will laugh..
