BUT INCREASING IT IN A PROPORTIONATE MANNER IS DIFFICULT
SO EAT A LOT OF PROTIEN RICH FOOD
AND KEEP ON EXERCISING
THAT IS THE BEST WAY TO KEEP A FIT BODY

Well to gain weight you must eat more calories than you burn. So 500 for 1 lb a week and 1000 for 2.
You might want to hit the weights though so you don't look fat.

i remember when i was 18 i really wanted to increase my weight... now i wish i hadn't. but if you do it healthfully it is okay. lifting weights and eating a healthy diet will do the trick, you'll gain about 6 pounds of muscle a year... after 5 short years, that's 30 pounds of muscle! you don't need to eat fat / high calorie to get where u want to be

caloric Intake > caloric burn = weight gain
3500 calories = 1 lb.
If you consume more than you burn, yes, you will gain weight.

I am sorry, but that question is neither in the form of a sentence nor is it spelled properly.
The proper spelling would be "Increase".
