you should NOT be handling a gun 243 WIN is the cal. that means it only takes that specific type of bullet. and that gun was made in RACINE WIS. none of these are a serial number. there should be another type of stamp on the firearm that has the manufacture name on it. but just do the world a favor and have the police remove this firearm form your home before you hurt or kill someone. and remember guns are NOT toys!!!

Don't have the make of the rifle for you but the caliber is 243 Winchester.
The Obermeyer barrel company was at one time in Racine Wisconsin. The manufacturer should be on the receiver(action) of the rifle. Hope that helps

As noted by the other respondent, those are not serial numbers, but the caliber (.243 Win) and the maker. Obermeyer makes custom barrels for a lot of rifles.
