Well I guess you should invent something everyone needs then sell it.
Oh I forgot, you could push a lawn mower.
Deliver papers, general help to old persons.
Like moving refrigerators around hauling things out of the house things they want to do but a young boy has the energy to do.
Just ask if they need any work done, you're looking for something to do.

Babysitting is an easy way to make money. That's what I did when I was 13.

My brother used to buy quail eggs from a hatchery. He paid 12 dollars for 12 eggs. he'd hatch maybe 10 of them in a cardboard box with a lightbulb in it, then sell them back to the hatchery for 5 dollars each. Maybe you could set up a bigger operation, or maybe you could get better hatching results, but if you're in an area that has quail hunters, it is year round work.

Try a garage sale. (That's when you sell stuff unwanted or unneeded, it doesn't really have to come from your garage.)
Or go around in your neighborhood and offer to cut grass or wash cars. =)
