i just would like to know if it is wrong of me to have romantic feeling for this woman

No way it's not nuts! It's great! As long is she is into it too. 54 is not that old in the first place, and you probably offer her tons of experience and maturity she may not find elsewhere.
But if she seems uncomfortable, back off.
My first husband was 47 when I was 27 so there you go.

If she does not think so then it is not wrong. At 31 she should have a good idea of how years and age play a role in a man's life. She may find that his maturity is a refreshing change in her life. He may bring a dynamic to the relationship she has never known.

Age is a number! I am 36 and I would date a much older man (if I wasn't married). In fact my favorite actor is Clint Eastwood - not young Clint, but older Clint, like in Million Dollar Baby.. mmmmmm......
Nothing wrong with the relationship, if you have a lot in common and have chemistry and you are sure she isn't just after you for your $$$$! Cause a Gold Digger is just a smart hooker!!! ahahah

My mother is 48 years old. She has dated people younger than mean in their early 20s and men 20 years older than her as well. I don't think it's wrong. Not all women would be interested.

Hello I am 32 and my fiancé is 54 and in fact we have a new baby girl!!!!!! :-D It all depends on each individuals taste and not just in the age department

Most def too old - imagine when she is 50 how old you will be - this is obviously just some kind of mid life crisis thing - get over it.
