ok i met this kid 4 years ago and he says he loves me and i guess i say it back once in a while but we write letters and talk on the phone. so i kno he isnt a pervert out in the word just trying to get girls. he tells all his friends about me and even told his mother he wanted to marry me he might be comming to my state next year but he doesnt know yet. we both know wat he look like and everything. my friends say that they miss there first love and stufff but i still dont think it will work because its over the internet. yet i have doubts by reading wat other people have put. but do you think it will work out? do you think we do truly love eachother? do you think we r meant to be? honesty is wat i would like.

Its always tough when you have an internet relationship. But I was one of the lucky few! That's how I met my husband and we have now been married for over a year.
I think what you really need to do, is to try and see if it will work when you finally meet in person, because some people say a lot of things to get what they want and don't really mean it! Once you have met, I suggest you decide then, what you would like to do, continue with the relationship or look for someone closer to home. Sometimes you decide on things because they are the only option you have, but if you look deep inside you, you will know the truth.
Follow your heart and your head. But don't let things get in the way. You seem to think that it might not work, but all you can really do is give it a chance, if it works, great! If it doesn't at least you tried to make it work!

Well, i sort of had an online relationship, and when i met up with the guy in person ( i've seen him and been around him before, before the whole relationship thing) it was REALLY awkward, cuz i've never talked to him in person before. So that kinda made the relationship go downhill. BUT, it is different for everyone. In your case, i think there's a possibility that it will work. But you also have to remember that you can't REALLY know someone by talking to them online. Soooo, hoped this helped! =)

Good luck, I can honestly say that its pretty difficult. If he is going to move to your state for good then you might have a chance to work on a possible relationship. But when relationships aren't given the necessary care and devotion then its easy to stray, especially if you live quite far apart. You sound young so honestly I don't see where it will last. But you might be the exception to the rule. Stay optimistic and good luck.

You never really know with these kinds of things.
But i think your relationship has a good chance of working.
Keep talking to the guy but maybe talk over webcam just to make sure that he's not a pervert before you meet up with him.

No you wont know for sure about love untill you spend actual time with one another.
Its easy to say love at an end of an email or chat.

actually no body knows the answers to your questions, no one has meet the guy, so if you want something like this to work its going to be up to you, but just remember, don't be disappointed if everything he told you were a bunch of lies to make his image more presentable, oh and as far as him being a pervert, they have their ways of making themselves look good also, just be care full

It cud definitely work! My bf n I met online. I didnt believe it at first either, but it turned out perfect! Jus...dont promise to marry him yet, but meet him...chat wit him in person etc n get to know him in the flesh! they can work if you want them to --- as long as you are honest with each other and faithful and at some point move close to each other then yes it can work
