The short answer is yes. He may have killed Nicole and had evidence planted against him. Concerning the evidence, consider the following:
1. The gloves: One was found at the crime scene the other in his house. Very suspicious given he ditched the shirt, pants, etc. Also, given the abundance of blood spatter at the crime scene, knife killings tend to be bloody, the wasn't nearly enough blood on the gloves to imply they were worn during the commission of the crime.
2. The socks: Again, where's the rest of the wardrobe. Also the blood drops were his and soaked through the socks from the top to the bottom implying that there was no foot in them when the blood got on the socks.
3. The blood: The blood on the gloves, socks, and in his car all contained chemical preservatives that are not found in nature. Also all of this blood was his, not the victims. Add this to a vial of OJ's blood disappearing from evidence and it looks very suspicious.
Given these facts, it's likely that a police officer planted evidence against him. Does this mean he didn't do it? Not necessarily. We'll just never truly KNOW that he did it unless he confesses. Until then we'll only suspect. Of course, his new book on how he would have done it isn't helping him.

Yes it is possible & no they are not exclusinve of each other.
The defense attorneys did what they were paid to do, confuse the jury of people who were unable to get out of jury duty. Juries are not known to be comprised of mental giants.
The prosecution blew the case, not the police. They had evidence not used at trial. One witness alone was enough to turn the majority [a witness saw OJ driving erractically between the crime scene & his home in a critical time period but the prosecutors did not call that witness]. They presented evidence that hurt the case instead of help.
Money & politics turned that case.
BUT that is not to say the police did not botch the investigation. Intentionally plant evidence? I doubt it. I am not a conspiracy theorist.

oj did it and the facts show that. for evidence to be planted too many people would have to be involved.they did not need to plant anything.there was definitely sloppy police work but none bad enough to make him innocent.remember the picture of oj in a suit with the bruno mali shoes on.he denied he had those shoes and said the picture was doctored. he said this even with the store clerk saying he sold oj the shoes.he got away with it because the race card was played and no other reason.

THANK YOU!!! Thank you for looking beyond simplistic, either/or reasoning. While I won't say it's "obvious" OJ killed Nicole and Ron Goldman (poor Ron keeps getting forgotten) -- you clearly know he was found guilty civilly, but innocent criminally -- that's enough to say there's a sp;od chance he did it. AND the LAPD, while consisting of many fine, upstanding officers, has had its reputation for certain people in power not playin by the rules, so yep, it's also possible evidence was planted. If they did, it was incredibly stupid and makes them responsible for him getting off. IF.
As you say, the two are not mutually exclusive.

I believe OJ did kill Nicole and Ron and he got off using the race card. Sure the LAPD could have planted evidence but I think the problem was more in evidence collecting and substandard prosecution.

OJ got off on a fluke-he was tried by a jury of his peers that was too stupid to understand DNA evidence. He was tried and not convicted in criminal court and who wants to hear any more about that. In civil court he was found guilty and has never paid any reparations. I think that all murderers and assassins need to have their name stripped from them and never mentioned again. Society can only punish OJ by making him get a job instead of writing books and getting TV shows. And after months and months and years and years, who care about OJ anymore or whether the police planted evidence. That whole trial was soooo stupid.

In my opinion OJ was 100 percent guilty and definitely got away with murder.
Think about it: His blood was found on the scene of the crime, he had just bought a knife that was possibly used and the same bloody glove that he bought also was found on his premises containing OJs and the murder victims blood. In addition blood from the victims was found in his vehicle clothing etc. He then tried to flee the state after doing the murder. He had an extensive history of domestic violence, and had unmercifully beaten Nicole in the past. You could not ask for a better case or more clear guilt than this. The theory of a conspiracy and planting of evidence was very simply created by high paid lawyers who in my mind are just as guilty as OJ. They looked for any lie or deception to put doubt in the juries minds. It would be impossible for all the labs, dozens of officers, civilian crime scene technicians and literally hundreds of people involved in an investigation to all get together and "frame" poor OJ. Any time you consider a frame or police corruption issue you have to look for a motive for all these people to conspire against OJ and there is none. Officers and others involved had no motive and would gain nothing but risking prison time to plant evidence. There is absolutely no question he was guilty. Here is the problem with the case. The prosecutors were terrible for one. Mark Fuhrman (one of the lead detectives) was found to have no credibililty whatsover and possibly ruined the case due to this by putting a doubt in the jurys minds.
OJ spent millions on attorneys that clearly lied, created false witnesses and decieved the inept jurors. His attorneys clearly knew of his guilt but it just shows what money can buy and I could never understand how a lawyer can do that...how they sleep at night....it is sick. OJ actually paid 3 million to a firm just to help with jury selection who determined that B/Fs would be the best for him as they would feel sorry and have sympathy for him. 3 million just to select a jury!!!
His attorney Johny Cochran was treated as a hero and was simply a paid liar who deserved no credit or notoraity for this as he was totally aware of his clients guilt. He blamed police for framing him (absurd) and made up various deceptions to confuse the jurors. To me he was almost as guilty as OJ for what he did. While he was raking in millions from OJ, Cochrans brother, a crack addict, was murdered in an LA slum. Although the murderer was never caught I wonder how Cochran would feel if the killer was rich and hired Roy Black to get him off for the crime by lying and deception like he did.
OJ now lives like a king, abusing other woman, and having been arrested for various incidents involving fighting. He gets an NFL pension that can not be touched by the courts that is worth millions. He goes golfing all the time and lives in a large nice home. In public he is treated like a hero, with autograph seekers and people actually hugging him. I wonder how they would feel if it was their family that was victimized by him?

Of course. I believe that he killed her and that some stupid police officers tried to 'improve' the evidence - losing the case in the process.

we all know that he killed her and Ron Goldman. And yes, it's very possible that they planted evidence or just plain screwed up the way that they collected it. Either way, he probably would have gotten off anyway.
