What kind of fantasies? I'm assuming sexual fantasies, correct?
You should see a psychiatrist. Nudity isn't sexual. The fact that you're having such fantasies just because you saw someone naked suggests that you, as so many people today, believe that it is sexual. That's the attitude which brought about making naked people outlaws (i.e. there now exist laws prohibiting public nudity).
If you're in puberty, you're probably just wanting a girlfriend really badly.
