Go away weird one.
Huffman will never be the driver Montoya is. I'm not going to waste my time trying to explain this because your not going to understand until you get a grip on all the different forms of racing there are besides NASCAR cup and Busch. I know this is probably a shock to you but yes there are other bigger better run forms of auto racing in the world.
Look into the history of auto racing and then come back and ask question and I am sure you won't sound so clueless.

I agree with r f, Montoya has truly improved every weekend and so what if he wrecks a few people, everybody does it there first time in Cup, or stock cars in general. He really is more talented than alot of drivers out there today, especially a certain sell-out that is famous on name alone

First off, lets leave Kyle Busch out of this, the kid has had a rough weekend...
Second, lets clarify for other answerers that JR Motorsports is the team that Dale Earnhardt Jr. owns and previously employed Shane Huffman... Chip Ganassi Racing is the Nextel Cup team owned by Chip Ganassi and currently employs Juan Pablo Montoya.
To answer your question, Junior and Ganassi are running two different teams, and just because Junior makes that decision for his team doesn't mean that Ganassi has to make those same decisions (no matter how baddly they are needed).
Now, I am by no means a Montoya fan, and I personally feel that Kevin Harvick's pit crew had the right idea... After Montoya wrecked Harvick, the #29's pit crew left a message for all to read that said:
"Keep for 42, go back to F1 so you don't have to race."
Now, if the fans hate him, and the guys in the pits hate him, WHY WONT HE LEAVE?!

I think Dale Jr wanted a change Huffman has been fair driver but some races kind of lapped traffic,I think Dale Jr maybe getting Keselowski not sure if I spelled that right for next race and negotiating with someone for road course races.

Montoya has more driving talent in his left pinky toe than alot of drivers have in their whole body. Typically in most sports the rookies don't become superstars their first year. Once Montoya figures out the workings of his car and the tracks, he'll be a force to be reckoned with.

Montoya has proven himself as one of the best race car drivers in the world, that's why he's racing in Nextel Cup. He's gotten himself into some wrecks but so have drivers like Tony Stewart and Kyle Busch.

It's the Buschwackers fault that Huffman was fired, and Montoya has already a Cup win.

Lots of people are saying Montoya should go. He will probably be rookie of the year. That has to say something about his skill. Two different teams and owners.

There is a lot more that goes into driver changes than just Dale saying its over. Sponsors could have been pressing him, Dale could be aware of another Busch driver he wants.. wno knows.
