How to ask or start a relationship with someone?

This girl and I have been friends for a long time now and I think we both like each other. I asked her out on a date once and she said yes. I think we have that connection. How do I ask her or start a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship with her?

the best idea is keep going out --- if there is something there it will develop without needing to label it --- just enjoy --- best wishes
