I think I am guilty of staying away from the "glamorous" type purposefully. I sooooo know it is my mistake for generalizing, but I guess I have this real phobia about people that are very "into themselves." I guess... I feel that you can express who you are without all of the glamorous bells and whistles and accessories and jewels. (Again..... I so don't mean to judge all glamorous people as being self involved. I know it is my fault for having this phobia).
But because of that... the down to earth guy next door is always the one that catches my eye. He just seems real... unpretentious.... comfortable with who he is... and with no need to impress anyone. That's just such a wonderful pleasant way to be!!

I prefer guys that are a bit rugged. They should be able to look good (clean and decent) when necessary, but don't wax eyebrows, use makeup or spend more time in the bathroom that me.
