still get BAS and BAH or do i stay in the dorms still??? i know we will get seperation pay... they said they wont move either of us because were already at our stations and we're different branches

if so i stay in the dorms.... what about when he visits?? we are not allowed to have people stay in our dorm rooms my friend had his wife up here and got in trouble so then what?? they def dont expect me to go to a hotel!

he's also not in the barracks he is a sgt in the marine corp i am an airman first class in the airforce...

yes but he is not civilian he is military and i am military sooooo he should be able to stay with me i am not making him stay else where that is ridiculous!

you are each eligible for Single BAH. however, if you are living in the Barracks, you don't qualify for it, especially being OCONUS and junior enlisted.

BAS is not affected at all.

and yes, they expect you to make arrangements to stay in a hotel when your spouse comes to visit. any other Unaccompanied personnel with a civilian spouse would be required to do the same thing.

You should both get BAH and BAS. I don't know all the formulas they'll use. You will get separation pay.

A lot of it will depend on unit and post policies.

Pink, you'll probably have too wait for one of you to get your next PCS orders.

I don't think you'll get BAS/BAH as you'll both still be in your respective barracks.

Being in different branches of the military doesn't make it any easier, that' for sure. Good luck.
