I'm18, 5 feet 2, I have a habit of snacking between meals. I have always had this tummy since I was small and it's weird because I'm quite skinny (I weigh around 92-93 pounds) and this tummy is the only fat place on my body. It's ridiculous and I need help, please? Thank you... =)

Hi,

I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight. The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.

You may want to consider a detox because have fat tummies for different reasons:
- eg, lots of toxic in colon, slow down of metabolic rate in tummy area, etc..

A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.

A detox is also good for losing your tummy no matter what reason you have a huge tummy.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

Just cut back on the snack foods. If you feel like having a snack between meals, eat friuts especially apples and bannas. Also do alot of running. I run track and the coaches and trainers tell us the best way to get rid of ur gut is just to run and eat healthy . Thats all.

you have to do cardio to get rid of fat on your belly - cardio is the only fat burning exercise (you cant spot reduce body fat). do it 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.
if you do sit ups and crunches your belly will only look bigger because all they do is build muscle and the fat on top of it is not going anywhere.
also you have to eat healthy, fresh, unprocessed foods, have small meals every 2-3 hours (5-6 small meals a day)- that way your body will have enough energy when it needs it and not have any extra left to store in fat reserves.
