When I look at guys looking at me, they would look away or move their head back a little, looking stunned. What does this mean? Do they realize that I'm not pretty anymore?

This is normal. Most guys do this all the time(did it like 100 times today). There are lots of reasons.
1.The guy does not want the girl to know that he likes her.
2.The guy is shy. Eye contact is intimate, guys avoid it.
3.He was simply checking you out, in the dirty way, and does not want you to see that.
4.They are afraid you might say something to them. most girls don't say nice things when guys look at them.
5.They are afraid you might say something to someone else...such as a brother, guy pal or cop and give the guy a hard time.
6.The guy likes you, but know you won't or can't ever like him..so he looks away to forget you.

It probably means that they are embarrassed that they got caught looking at you. Most people don't want to get caught looking at someone else especially someone they find attractive. What do you mean by your last question? Do you consider yourself not pretty? If so question tells the reason and maybe we can shed more light on this.

When a guy stares at a girl and look away when she looks it means that he is only admiring your beauty, but if they stare and look away and then make laughing sounds at their friends then my friend you need to worry but until then just sit back and enjoy the pleasure of being who you are and your bauty

Maybe they just didn't want you to see them cause they were admiring you...hehe. It's probably nothing. I have caught a few girls looking at me and they either smile or they look away fast. Probably just shy about it. Don't let it bug you. Hope this helps!

cause they are to afraid that if you see them looking at you then you will know thay like you then they might get rejected.
im pretty sure guys are more embarassed at rejection then girls are.
