GOOD. It's ridiculous to make that a requirement, as if marrying for convenience is a patriotic thing to do.
I'm sick to death of all the anti-immigration, more like anti-Mexican, hooplah they are bombarding us with in the news.
I have been to Mexico, and we should be doing what we can to help people who want to come here and be productive citizens, and make better lives for their families. Mexico is a beautiful country, but you can't blame a person for wanting the same opportunities we are blessed with in the states. That's like placing blame or stigma on another human being simply because they came into the world on a different stretch of dirt than we did.

Make greencard? What do you mean? Illegals that don't benefit from section 245(i) cannot become permanent residents. They are inadmissible so they would have to adjust their status abroad.

yeah as long as they can find someone who is willing to sponsor them or they do it the legal way from the jump......but most of the illegals have fake greencards and social security cards anyway thats how they get their jobs and everything
