Well, I'm a girl and this is what I think (although, if you are in a relationship, why are you asking her out?) Anyway, it depends a lot. Romantic is always good, most girls want something funny, or a little cheesy (yes, cheesy can be good if it's thoughtful and sweet) the specifics would depend on personal traites about her, her personality, inside jokes you guys may have, stuff like that,. Nobody can really give you ideas without knowing the details....

If you're already in a relationship and love each other..i don't understand how y ou need to know how to ask her out.....Just call her up or go to where you know she'll be....and when chillin together, officially ask her out.
Just say something like.....I really enjoy being with you , I have fun with you and wantd to know if you'd like to make it official and go out with me? Be my g/friend?

If you're in love with this girl, it shouldn't be too hard. Think of somewhere she'd have fun at (for example, the movies or a theme park) and ask her to come with you along with maybe 2 friends.
