The only remedy I know of that works is the one sold in drugstores. I think there is a few brands now. I haven't bought any in years but they shouldn't be too expensive if you go to Walmart or other diiscount type store. I had a friend remove one with new stuff that freezes it just like a Doctor does. I believe he told me it was $10.00 for one treatment, but I'm not positve on the price. It did work though. Best of luck!

the easier way to get ride of a wart is to go to the doctor and have them removed. BUT since you said you didn't want to go to a doctor the second best way is to go to the store and buy a wart remover like compound W. It is an acid based product that slowly removes the wart. Warts are caused by a virus and they will reappear from time to time. If left alone the wart will usually disappear on it's own.

Are they on your face, cut your face off! LOL but really the best thing is to go to a doctor who does laser surgery. Warts can be removed with a laser, its not that expensive, and relatively painless.

You can get over the counter treatments, they cost $5-$15. I've heard that putting duct tape on it cuts off the oxygen to the site, which kills the wart.

Go to a local grocery store or drugstore and you can buy things over the counter. We used these bangages that had a medicine in them and my daughters was gone in a week. The bandaids were about $7. But it worked!
