what do i need to buy a plane ticket from El Paso to Manhattan,Ny. I'm 15 years old and i need to get out of my house without my paterns knowing so how can i buy a plane ticket. Do i need an I.D. and if yes can i use my school I.D.

I can care less why you want to leave El paso. But here's what you need:
Since you are 15, airlines consider you an adult!! Yay!! So all you need is a government issued ID. Either a passport, or a beginner's driver's license will easily work. Since you mentioned that you have the credit card, just make sure that it's in your name and you will be fine. You can book all of that stuff on the airline's website or via phone.

You are 15 so you ARE a kid.
And you need valid photo ID to travel.
No, your school ID will NOT work. It MUST be government issued.

Um Lets See you need a green card ( el paso in mexcio or texas, I dont know these things. You need a passport , and you need to have a.. well t o tell the truth i dont know how about ( if it's in texas) walk down to your airport and ask them sorry

in order to fly, you need a US driver's license or passport. you are too young for a license, and your parents need to sign for you to get a passport. for minors to travel, they need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and have a notarized copy of their birth certificate.
i usually try to avoid editorializing when people ask factual questions, but, in this case, i can't. it is ridiculously dangerous for your to travel without your parents' consent and knowledge. the identification laws exist to protect minors from poor decisions, such as running away, and kidnapping. if you are having legitimate problems at home, talk to a trusted adult to get help. running away will not solve anything.

Minors cannot fly alone without parents/guardian consent. PERIOD !
Also, you need a credit card to purchase an airline ticket on line.

nope..u need a driver's license or a passport.. u can't do plane without parent's signing u up.. cuz of the cost.. its about 367+ ..
also.. about a few days later you will be on missing report.. and people get worried.. they will track u down fast cuz u travel by plane
