he always plays video games and when he isnt.. he has friends over who trash the house. he always asks me to cook for him and is like obsessed with red bull. he stole my allowance too and gave my skinny jeans to his super skinny friend to wear, without my permisson!

Hold his video game console hostage at your friend's house until you get your allowance money back. If he doesn't have the money, make him earn it back by cooking for you and working on getting your wardrobe back. His friends will most likely not want to come over if you hide some of the video game controllers...it's boring to watch other people play and boys don't like to stop playing to share in the middle of a good game. Next time your brother wants you to cook, make it taste horrible. Add lots of salt or hot sauce. He will stop asking you to cook for him so much.

get a bank account and put your allowance in it, tell him God gave him two hands and eyes , theres the kitchen, read the directions, also don't forget to do the dishes!
