Need to reduce that fat do some cardio, go running for 40-60 minutes 3-4 times a week. And that's at one time if you don't do cardio for more than 30 minutes you just use the quick energy that you body has stored and you won't burn any fat

No, that doesn't help, what does is lifting weights (bench press and flys), doing push-ups (do some w/ your arms close to you & some with your arms spread out wide), jumping jacks, anything that feels like it's working your chest. You'll be able to feel it, trust me. As for eating healty, cut down on large portions of food (when you eat dinner, rather than use a big plate, use a medium one & Don't go back for 2nd's), eat salads, fresh fruits & veggies, cut down on fried or greasy food. Baked or broiled is Great (but I know that's going to be hard because you probably don't cook for yourself yet), don't eat alot of sugary foods or candies, limit sweets period to a few times per wk.
