i need help with the real player it will not let me down load it again i lost it after i tried to update it?

it says i nead administrater acces but it did not sa that the last time i got it and i am administrater of the comperter so i do not know what hapened

why dont you simply reinstalled it or use another media player

If you tried to update your real player and had problems, the best thing for you to do is remove the update and leave the real player you use to have and work for you before
