The biggest enemy of skin is the sun. So, when you're outdoors, make sure you're always wearing a moisturizer with sunscreen in it, even in the winter! Sun damage is cumulative and leads to premature lines and wrinkles, reduction of collagen, and discolouration...to name just a few problems. As for products, I don't know that Noxema is the best for your skin if it's prone to some acne. It's pretty rich, and it sounds like your skin is not that dry that you would need such a rich cream to wash with. Instead, I would get an antibacterial gel soap, like Spectra Gel or something from the Nutrogena line (available in drug stores in the skin care aisle). There are tons of products and if you ask the store cosmetician for suggestions, you'll get some good advice I'm sure. After washing a moisturizer is always good, but I wouldn't use one with SPF for night time since it's an extra ingredient that could clog pores while you sleep. Hope that helps you out!

Use an oil-free sunblock while you're on your boat. SPF 15 isn't good enough, especially with the sun and the glare off the water, too. Don't put it on afterwards.. you need to protect your face while you're exposing it to UVA and UVB rays, especially because you can't see it but you're aging your face soo badly. Don't just stick with one product, either; Oil of Olay is good for moisturizing and stuff, but there are other brands too! You might not want to try this because you're a guy, but I think Clean & Clear (other brands too, probably) make oil-absorbing sheets that you can use. Basically they're like squares of thin, pre-wrap like material and you just blot on your face and it absorbs oil. Whatever products you use, just make sure they're oil-free since it seems like your skin gets pretty oily. And start putting on some sunscreen while you're actually in the sun!

You sound like you are doing everything right. Do you wash your face twice a day? Maybe that can help. Also do you have long hair? Do you touch your face a lot? These kinds of things can make you break out because of the oils that can plug your pores. Also try having a facial or do a face mask once a week.

SPF 15 is fine for every day use. But if you are to be out side like when you are fishing... use at least a SPF 30 or higher. And wear a hat.
I can't really advise you about the Noxema, as it made my face break out.

Wash as often as possible.
If you skin tends to be dry or looking sundamaged try using (topically) deep shark liver oil every night. Expensive creams and whatnot will help, but if you do NOT want to be spending too much time looking for the prefect one, try the fish oil! It's called 'squalene.' You can froogle it at google and just buy the kind you take in capsule form. Taking it internally helps the skin stay young looking and supple, too!
Best wishes.

Try something with retinol for around the eyes. Exfoliating once or twice a week will also help renew your skin cells. Olay usually has a lot of free samples on their website so check that periodically to see if you can get samples of products you may like. Keep up the sunscreen.

it depends on your skin type,i think you are doing pretty well, but go for skincreams like sunscreens with high spf( i use spf 60,with anti UVA-UVB-IR),and dont forget to wash your face every night,a yogurt and cucumber mask after a long day will help your skin to relax( its pretty yummy itself;)) )
