Try making a Cheesecake pudding pie.

Prepare a package of instant Cheesecake pudding - then add in CoolWhip - pour into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 1-3 hours to help set the filling. Top with additional CoolWhip as desired.

I have other no-cook dessert recipes that you could try - but this is the simplest.

If your recipe "must be baked", buy a toaster oven. I have one I bought at the thrift shop 10 years ago and it still works great.
It doesn't have just "hi, med & low"....it actually has temperature degree levels....(225-350*) It even has a "broil".
I collect old gadgets that still work so I'm probably one of few who still have this oven in working condition. It was made by Munsey.
I use it to bake casseroles when I don't want to use the "house' oven. It gets hot enough to do the job but it doesn't heat up the whole kitchen.

lazy guy pie. OK. Get some strawberry yogurt. Mixt it with a regular sized thawed cool whip. Add a couple of drops of food coloring (RED) spread it into the ready crust and refridgerate over night. Tadha. Strawberry cream pie. No one will guess it is yogurt. Dannon is the best, do not get the low fat or sugar free....use the regualr one. If you do not use the food color it will be white, so do use the color to make it pink.

Try making a Ice Cream Sundae Pie. Fill the shell with your favorite ice cream that has been softened. Cover with Cool Whip and place in freezer until ice cream is firm again. Slice and serve drizzled with your favorite topping, cherries and nuts. I like to use Almond Fugde Ice cream with Warm Caramel topping and chopped walnuts.

There's always risk involved when using raw eggs. To minimize the risk, you can use pasteurized eggs, if you can find them in your supermarket (my markets don't carry them). You can also use an Egg Beater type product, which is pasteurized. If you want to risk it, make sure you use a healthy looking eggs, with no cracks, dry shells (avoid slimy or funky shells), and also wash the eggs in warm soapy water, and rinse well. This would minimize the already low risk of getting salmonella. FYI - most healthy adults affected with salmonella will just get a brief "stomache flu" type of thing. It's young children and senoirs and autoimmune deficient folks that you should avoid serving the cheesecake to.
