For toe touches the best ways to improve are to sit in a toe touch ( legs spread as wide as possible) and lift your legs. One at a time then both at the same time. Holding this for 30 secs. will help build leg muscles and improve the height of your jump.

Stretches:

Sit on floor and spread your legs as wide as possible. Lean forward, lean to the left, and lean to the left hold each for 30 secs.

Pull legs together into a Pike stretch. Lean your head as close to your knees as possible and point your toes; hold this for 30 secs. Repeat with flexed toes.

Lay on your back and do 10 kicks. On the 10th kick, hold it and pull it close to your head; hold for 30 secs. Pull leg, to the left and then to the right. Repeat with opposite leg.

Sit in split with a pillow or book underneath your front leg.

to improve your toe touches, practice your splits. the reason you cant get your legs high up in your jumps is your not rotating your hips. that woul dbe my guess. try this...
stand up and lift your leg straight up as high as it will go with your foot pointed to the air. not very high. now turn your leg so your foot is facing behind you and try it. it goes a lot higher. just work on rotating it. and add me if you want, ive been cheering for a few years now, and have gotten a lot of advice. :)

and to get your herkies good, is all about flexibilty. try putting your leg on the wall and slowly walking towards it, and pushing your leg so it goes up higher.

hope it helps

Here are some stretches you can do:

Really, it will just take time. Do at least 10 of each jump per day. Both sides in the case of the herkies and hurdlers.

Good luck!
