Well just like any other part of your body, if you use it, it can get irritated. If you've experienced swollen lips from oral sex, than try to lessen the amount of pressure you use. I have never seen distorted lips though.

No your lips won't change just by contacting a penis. Now if you tired to do it day in for hours and hours then...but no man could stay erect that long so don't worry.
