I was 14 when I had my first boyfriend and my first kiss, so I don't think that you are 'too young'. Or perhaps I am biased and to some people having a boyfriend at the age of 14 is maybe odd.
Some may argue that at the age of 14 people have not yet found out who they are, making it difficult to love someone else.
But really, should the other people's such opinion matter if you really like your boyfriend. To me, it did not.
I hope everything works out for you.

Seems like you are going about it in a sensible way but I must ask you: at 14 do you really want to be tied to one bf? Wouldn't it be better to socialize with different guys? I say hang out with this one and that one and make nobody a steady. You have maybe 8 to 9 years before you get out of college. A lot of choice bf material is bound to pass your way. What if Mr. Right comes along and you are tied to Mister First to come along?

okay well let me tell you a little story, when i was in seventh grade i had a boyfriend..we went out for 9 months and we kissed and ended up making out. But then he thought i flirted with too many guys, ditched him from hanging out with him, and cheated on him. All of that stuff was a lie so he tried to break up with me WHILE we were hanging out through another person, btu that person wouldnt. So we were about to leave and i yelled at him for being rude. Five days later he went out with my so called best friend that she had gone otu with 4 times in the past. So pretty much, if you find a good guy..YOU KNOW is a good guy, then go for it, but if you really dont know him and wanna do this so you will, wait a little longer

I'm a guy and I had my first serious girlfriend when I was 11. It lasted 6 months. You can have a boyfriend whenever you feel like...just make sure you are ready to support someone and be there for them. Just remember as long as you feel OK with it, it is fine. Oh just remember to hold off on the sex...You will regret it later.

I think it all depends on your maturity. With the right amount of supervision it can be healthy and totally normal. Just remember these new emotions can seem really intense and you don't want to shut out the adults in your life... They were your age once too, and they can give you some very valuable wisdom. Just be safe and be smart and things will be fine.

well honestly I'm 14 and I love guys but I see around my school that they kind of hold girls down.also when you start having emotions when you kiss it could lead to 3rd base.just make sure he's not too pushy.and if it's fine by your parents than go ahead.if you date him behind their back than you may regret it.if i were you, just make sure he's tested for the kissing disease, and other things.Listen i'm not a goody goody tooshuse, but hey that's okay I say go for it.to be honest I've never had my first kiss.I'm just waiting for the right guy.GOOD LUCK ON THIS ALL!hope i helped.

When I was 18 I had a 14 year old GF and we used to go at it like wild rabbits, so I'd say if you're just kissing then that's pretty innocent.

ok, im 14, and yeah, i do think that ur too young, hey, just my opinion. but to be honest i never beleived in dating becuz, wats the point of getting urself into a relationship, with no commitment (like marriage), thats obviously gonna end, unless ur planning on getting ingaged to this dude (which im sure isnt on ur mind)! but hey, if u think that ur ready for wat is to come, then go ahead. i just would want to see anyone get hurt at sucha young age (or older).
soory if i put u down, im just saying, dont play with fire, and ull never get burned!
