Common sense should tell you that you can't "Fly with the Birds" Even if you tried it with a hand glider the birds are not going to hang around and fly along with you.
Your question might be better suited if you developed a video game and had birds flying in the sky with people.

you go to sleep and think of birds flying and then you join in and bam your flying with birds lol

When you reduce your weight to about 10 Kg and have two wings so that your density is reduced compared to your volume and you become light enough to fly.

ummmmmmmmm...what exactly do you mean? technically,you can't ''fly with the birds''. really you can't fly at all unless you're in a plane or something like that... so yeah...
