Apply cold washcloths to your eyes. Use Visine or Murine eyedrops to get the red out & soothe your eyes.

You can try to put a cold washcloth or ice on your face to reduce the redness. It will help your eyes to look less puffy.

Visene works well. Also wash your face in cold water, and rinse eyes with cold water.

the only way that i know of is by waiting it out or try that clear eye thing that you see in the ben stien commercial
