that sounds like a whole family dinner:-)
there is no such thing as "fattening" - its all about calories in vs calories out during the day and not eating a lot at once but having small meals 5-6 times a day.
lamb is not the leanest meat, 1 tablespoon of olive oil has 120cal so thats almost 500cal, turkish bread (dont know what kind it is) but any bread thats not whole grain is not good for you.

Steaks have fat, saturated fat
4 tablespoons of olive oil is pure fat
I'm not sure what is in turkish bread but the vegetables and sesasoning aren't made of fat.

Fairly fattening. That's enough food for 4 people.

It has a good amount of fat in it but not too bad. Sounds good though.

Not cheese burger and fries bad. it's pretty healthy as long as you don't eat to much bread (carbs) and trim the fat off the meat (you don't need unnecessary calories).

Hope it helps.
