Cervical cancer is typically caused by a few paticular strains of HPV.
Technically, you could get infected if the guy about to finger you just touched his penis and then fingered you and managed to touch your cervix.

No you can't. My doctor told me you get the cervical cancer cells (although some are benign) from hormones. Such as the extra hormones in birth control, foods we eat, etc. Sometimes its hereditary. But no, fingering can not cause you get have cervical cancer. Hope this helps!

No. Just hope that his fingers were clean. Boys tend to have dirt under their finger nails.
But be careful...just don't let anyone touch you down there. I don't know how old you are...but please use good judgement.
