Please don't use any thing cliche! It's not to original, like: is it hot in here, or is it just you? They might be cute but not too effective. If you are at a social gathering , for an example and you spot a cute girl across the room, just walk over to her and ask her what kind of a drink she's having and offer to get her another one. Introduce yourself, of course and say I couldn't help but to notice your (something special about her, hair, clothes, etc.) and how well it looks on you. Women love to be complimented. Even when we don't act like it, we still do. Believe me, I am an old one!

Make an observation and speak honestly about what you see that attracts you--females appreciate honesty and HATE lines. If she has beautiful eyes tell her--if her smile enchants you, let her know! Most important with this AND everything else is to stay true to your heart and be honest.

This depends on what kind of morals you have and the morals the girl has. I'm sure you will come up with something that is fitting to say. Like I said, it depends on what kind of person you are on the inside as well as the outside.

Honestly just be yourself and try to make her laugh. Girls really don’t like lines, it basically implies that you’re just a player and you’ve used it many times before. Good luck.

If you have any conversational skills, this is all you need.
If you have no conversational skills, use "Hi, do you know how much a polar bear weighs?" She then says... "Hehe... Idk, like a lot?" The you say, "enough to break the ice." and proceed from there.
